Each law is identified as a distinct product. Arab Laws World will not provide up dated versions, amendments, errata of a particular product with any Law translated and all the amendments, errata, updates will be charged separately as a distinct product.

Order Acceptance Policy

Payment shall be made by a credit card. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order for any reason.

For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Credit Card processing gateway 2Checkout.Com imposes its own terms and conditions upon clients. In an event of charge back, Arab Laws Online reserves the right to solve the dispute via 2Checkout.Com dispute resolution center or the laws imposed by United Arab Emirates via UAE courts.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information if and only if it occurred on the part of Arab Laws World system, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled by Arab Laws Online on the grounds of typographical mistakes in mentioning the product and NOT the translated laws itself, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and the credit card processing fee by the payment processor will be imposed on the client.

Product Availability

We cannot guarantee product availability and products; nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. The translated laws which are not available for online buying but mentioned as a separate products are subjected to separate negotiations between client and Arab Laws World and the clauses of online purchasing DO NOT apply to those products.

The content and translated laws either in PDF or Ms. Word sold and provided only for the purposes of browsing, viewing, listening, research, interpretation and discussion where such activities are limited to non-commercial, educational and personal use only ("Permitted Uses"). The migration of downloaded laws - which includes re-presentation, re-publishing, re-selling of purchased laws in some other way - are not allowed and expressly forbidden and prohibited. Payment

Payment for all items purchased via the online store shall be by credit card only. All major credit cards are accepted as per payment processing gateway 2Checkout. UAE customers purchasing items from the Translated Laws section will be charged in USD and the price AED is only for a quick reference and not the exact pricing of the product. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of the purchase may result in a slight difference in the totals.

Return Policy

The products can be refund or re-translated within 30 days in case of Typographical Errors (clause mentioned above).
